so answer me this... if the valuation of the company in today's market share price reflects reality in ANY way... then why did Cyrus Capital, which holding 22% of all shares might have done a bit of DD to determine the value of their considerable holdings... why did Cyrus Capital agree to $7.50 and $8.50 share conversion prices in the recent financing, which currently represents a 40% to 60% premium over today's closing share price... the answer is really quite simple... it is because today's share price does not reflect the underlying value of ANY in ANY way, shape or form... Cyrus knows... sleep well... this too shall pass...
