I think Cyrus owns 27% and the prices they converted like you say says a lot about their interest in the company. I would keep a close eye out in future 13D filings as they might want to get to 33% ownership where my math says a third party takeover would be difficult. Mac,,does ANY have a deal with the Chesterfield school system in Virginia? I thought there was a mention here.
