If I didn't read wrongly I think we now have 2m shares of some company called Great West Resources, Inc ("parent")?????

WTF are they REALLY worth? What is their share structure? What other assets and businesses are there?

Yet another "elegant" deal??! Instead of one sack of magic beans, we ended up with another sack of "magic beans" in exchange for our milk producing cow that other people would have paid actual real money for?

Why on earth did we exchange 31m shares of wsgi which are currently worth $40,300 for 3m DRNE shares, which are currently worth $400K???

Someone gave a whopping 90% discount on DRNE shares to Denville and Dover, whoever they are, or did someone miscalculate by a whole magnitude here?

Why are we always suffering the brunt of horrible deals?!

To me, this is another non-transparent deal that smells really bad... just like the DRNE deal did.

Assets were sold at 90% discount... I wonder if to the same people behind the prior non-transparent deal? Glenn's friends Honig and co?

Who is behind this?

"WSGI takes in $600K"

When the shares are almost worthless I guess cash is king. Just in time for Christmas too. Well at least the insiders won't have coal in their stockings.

RS, isn't it $725K and not $600K?
