Here is the key point. This CEO has accomplished nothing substantive for investors in six years (let me repeat that - six years). This poor track record seems to indicate that this CEO doesn't have the ability and/or desire to accomplish something substantive. If/when the CEO claims an accomplishment, investors will most likely expect independent, verifiable evidence of the accomplishment or they will not touch this stock. Based on the past six years, it is very likely nothing substantive will ever be accomplished and thus there will be very little buying.
