Actually, George Anderson is the name of the former Canadian Deputy Minister of Natural Resources:

So if this is a scam, the choice of name may have been intended to make people wonder if KSWJ's GA was one and the same, as did play out on this board.

fwiw, There's still a slim chance that the company is legit, just woefully unprofessional. But btwn phone booth and lack of presence at 387, my confidence is significantly reduced.
