The investigation is still ongoing... The complaint was the result of the underlying investigation. I believe now with the SEC announcement it now moves to a formal investigation which will now allow them to use subpoena powers to gather much more evidence.

I am surprised that Platon Petratos and Andrew L. Kramer are not named as Defendants in the SEC's action....

Petratos was not an employee of Treaty. He did not receive shares ....Fact.

There was no Ihangout TECO board during the Belize "Oil Strike". A blatant falsehood in the complaint which would be known with less than 2 min. of DD

None of the defendants called the oil strike. The oil strike was called by Max, Bill, and Keon. Keon was in charge, a Belizean national. These findings were confirmed, later, by Steve York. Fact.
