Pretty week defense... The SEC was not saying the post given as a example was posted on both and certainly not the only post they are referring too... The example post was in fact posted here. No denying that.

Sorry but video of logging leading up to the announcement of the oil strike was posted by you here and by Bullmarketgarb on YouTube.

Several videos about Treaty on YouTube by bullmarketgarb also feature Platon
- which would lead the conclusion that bullmarket2222, bullmarketgarb and Platon are the same person.

Suggest that you preserve your Miranda rights by not making any more statements on investor sites until the SEC vs. Blackburn et al. Court case is over. You never know who is watching. Sorry it had come to this.

I am surprised also. Your facts are about as factual as the Stocktons, Mitchells and the Kubachak. And guess who was taking pictures and pounding the hammer, which turned out to be more of a rubber mallet. Many falsehoods came out of the Tuscola area during those fiascos. Everyone knows those wells never produced enough to be viable wells.

The fake oil strike was leaked by Platon on the PSP site discussion board. The SEC has a copy and probably from several sources of that post.

The SEC was not being specific in that complaint. That will very likely come later when Platon Petratos is named as a defendant.

All those videos that were posted included the deleted ones, which btw still exist, tell quite a story of involvement.
