The shareholders that matter could take this company private at these levels or less any day. Even if it doesn't technically go bankrupt, the risk for shareholders to be holding the bag is incredibly high.

Thanks and I don't have a hidden agenda, but clearly ticked off on the overall management of this company. Even though Dahl has done some real good things his lack of communications with shareholders is awful.

Averaging down is a joke because today the bid is .0631 and ask .075. Which means a purchase at the Ask immediately results in an 18% loss, if you want to sell. Why would you buy shares knowing that your loss is 18% from the onset?

Plenty of stocks with a reasonable spread, but this one screws you right out of the gate.

Also, I stated months ago that going private is probably the plan and its not going to be much higher then .10 at these prices. That's the only hope and they might even take it private right at these levels. I'd rather see them sell the company for .15-.20 a share then take it private.
