And the SRGE Fraud remains REVOKED and can not legally undertake any corporate actions with FINRA.

And ... BGL's audited accounts are audited by excellent PCAOB and CICA accredited auditors who must as a matter of professional care communicate with BGL's lawyers on outstanding legal matters.

Which they do to enable BGL to continue to carry Cinco on their books as an investment in accordance with GAAP.
