I´m not an expert....but anything is possible! They may also want to send to bankrupcy small oil fracking companies....and some other stuff you said. Things don´t make a lot of sense to be honest....everything is crashing...

Hopefully the push from Honda, Toyota and others in 2015 will create some real opportunities and developments in the Hydrogen arena...
