Buying will continue....and here's actual facts why...
The convertibles that are out there...
Well, lets just say for instance a note holder wanted to convert $50K, well, that would be 21.7 Million shares....SOOOOOOOO what does that mean, that convertible now has to file a 13 D because he is now a more than 5% HOLDER....GET IT? So, there conversions will be very very limited down here because the smaller conversions arent worth it as much to the lien holders. It is in their BEST interest to get the stock price up to pennyland and above so they can convert higher....GET iT????
Hence why buying down at these ridiculously low levels with a company that has such good revs, now positive EBITDA and a CEO who realizes all of the above is buying himself.
