CEO Buying his own shares, Filings are linked below.

Convertibles hit the PPS hard, but CEO is Fully aware and is doing everything possible to stop this. Buying down at these levels with Revs and Profits that are in the filings is a no brainer.

CEO 2.5 Mil Shares Purchased last week, owns 33 Mil

3 Things I can see happening:

Rewards
1. CEO announces buyback program of whatever shares dilute at these levels
2. Dead cat oversold bounce to a. 01 and higher
3. We keep getting noticed at this bottom and we get a good Pump taking us back to penny land and above.

CEO is too involved in this company and has given clear PR's and updates.
