The OS was 796M shares on 11/12/2014 and there was not any dilution at all since then based on the Level2 selling activities! 2B shares AS is just the normal size for a OTCLI Reporting stock! Easy to hit the recent high 0.0014 again with strong slapping actions based on the SS and MV!
You better grab some dirt cheap 0.0002s ~ 0.0003s before the rumored news hits the wire which will be too late to buy by then...
0.0002 seems an unbreakable bottom which is also the all time low!
