I agree with this comment about the company 100%.

" NOTHING ABOUT THE COMPANY’S PLANS FOR THE FUTURE CAN BE RELIED UPON AS A PREDICTION OR PROMISE OF PERFORMANCE IN ANY FORM WHATSOEVER."

Remember the 10 year plan that was going to make this a $BILLION a year company in 10 years? Well with about a year to go he only missed his prediction by $999,750,000.00? Really close! And what about that RS that wasn't going to happen? Or the stock buy back? Or the promised compensation to some first round shareholders? In other words, don't believe a thing this CEO predicts or promises and you won't be disappointed.

lmfao bs...disclaimers don't give publicly traded company CEO's a rubber stamp to put out an endless series of outright deceptive or blatantly false statements publicly and/or privately.

So if you're trying to state and/or infer that because WNBD's CEO utilizes a disclaimer on his corporate websites that that gives him a free pass to do and say whatever he pleases with no consequences you're wrong.

If all pos-land co's and their CEO's were given free reign to say and do whatever they please simply because they put disclaimers on their corporate website and press releases...then no pos-land co's would ever get halted which is obviously not the case lol
