I think Eric is starting to get a little shakey with all these "leaked emails"...
You are correct; a disclaimer only protects the results of a company, not the actions taken to acheive those said results.
Eric's company is basically in default anyhow; it is all hopeless hooplah until the next R/S, unfortunately, the street doesn't buy into his blubbering brevado and the stock is what it is...to think some are still supporting the CEO at this point is beyond reason.
