I don't stand behind Parco Masts and Substuctures Inc. any more because I found a filing of the new entity when I crossed referenced EIN numbers on my 50 state data base that concluded that "Parker Technology Inc" was based in Texas and Oklahoma and the Inc. was "Desolved" in 2001 for an LLC incorporation.....Which the New Company name is ( Parker Technology LLC ) which runs Parker Drilling, so that was obviously wrong!

That's how Parker Technologies, Inc. was able to Incorporate under this entity... and upon cross referencing I found the subsidiary ( Applied Materials Inc. )
