The "stripping" process is pretty easy to accomplish. You basically only have to heat the crude into the 80-100 f degree range and you can get the light ends to separate. After using a external source to generate the heat you then include the light ends right into the fuel stream so while you do burn off the gases, you really don't waste it.

If the state institutes a hard deadline sometime within the next 6 months you can expect many wells to be in non-compliance.
