None. Not dependent on XL at all. The already existing Keystone Pipeline (not XL) operating in US and Canada currently has a total length of 2,148 miles.
Cass, the AOT was recently proven to work on the existing Keystone pipe line (500,000 barrels per day) as verified by the independent 3rd party ATS Rheo Systems. At this stage the AOT has nothing to do with Keystone XL as this is a proposed new pipe line. TransCanada are still enforcing the NDA with stwa & won't disclose the POSITIVE TEST DATA, even though the AOT PERFORMED on limited power supply.
