Having an effect like reducing a marginal percentage is not proof it can be commercial viable. I keep hearing the same story about how they blitzed the test ..but the scenario on the ground doesn't confirm it. Tcp running a test was a positive....pulling out in such a short time frame is a giant red flag. There will be no way to soft peddle this rejection Shen it clear to most ardent long, Even though many are still praying for a miracle on Tcp st.
