THANKS!!! I was simply trying to pass some general info to the person that was looking for an explanation of what constitutes a reverse split and any reasoning behind such action.
I have not heard any info about TAUG that would indicate to me that an RS has ever been proposed.
As indicated previously, I was simply trying to answer a general question. Sorry if my line that mentioned TAUG indicated otherwise to any reader of this Board.
