Lol dude I'm sure all investment companies do shady things with people's money and only few actually get caught. Still it takes real money to buy those shares on the open market and that's all that matters here. He invested his real money and put the shares in that trust this trust or whatever trust...which doesn't matter.
An insider sees a value and the return. So I'm willing to take the risk with him. Please go find a penny stock that isn't involved in some scam. All I care is for the momo and for me to get out before it crashes or levels off.
