your reasoning is exactly why i'm also skeptical. on the surface, this SHOULD be a surefire thing. however, when the slightest bit of digging is done, it's like you accidentally trip a mudslide. the only real question i definitively want answered is why Lamphere continues to allow APS to conduct business, and why he hasn't moved on to someone who hasn't-- you know-- blatantly broken the law with other people's money? i think it's a very valid issue as a shareholder that should be addressed, with the multitude of other questions falling right behind in line.
