It's really easy to understand, Sal is a control shareholder and involved with Genius Biotech. In order to protect his financial interest and time, he has control shares in RIGH. Once the new entity is set up, I expect to see Sal's equity in RIGH move to the new subsidiary.

Check Q3 fins and you will see a reference to equity being granted in Genius Biotech and nearly 2b of Sal's control shares bought back.

A better question to ask, if Sal was planning on selling shares into the market, why hasn't he done so? Fulldeck & Mustangs have been correctly pointing out the Control Shares are no longer restricted....all year!
