Not sure how anyone could know that.....and trading date imo is just one of the issues.
Multiple trading accts is another along with other issues.
It takes a long time to build a case like this, imo...but IF the FBI is still involved, you can bet there's a very good chance some kind of action is inevitable. This much time wouldn't be wasted on a wild goose chase.
I doubt HHSE's trading data is all they collected...IMO multiple stocks are involved. I bet they've been collecting email addresses, message board aliases, maybe even wire taps and email intercepts. Squeaky wheels get the grease and management has been making a lot of noise as of late. As an aside...EP has political cnnections right? Brother? Wonder if he asked for a few letters of introduction to get that ball rolling?
IMO there is a group out there that should be looking over their shoulders.
