I doubt HHSE's trading data is all they collected...IMO multiple stocks are involved.
I bet they've been collecting email addresses, message board aliases, maybe even wire taps and email intercepts. Squeaky wheels get the grease and management has been making a lot of noise as of late.
As an aside...EP has political cnnections right? Brother? Wonder if he asked for a few letters of introduction to get that ball rolling?

IMO there is a group out there that should be looking over their shoulders.
