#20346 RE: snowysnowman #20345

Lack of investor support, excess fear of being part of fongs 3rd no bid stock....THIS YEAR. Lack of operating profits from any of the current locations... I mean this honestly has nothing going for it but the hope your 1's will turn in to 2's...more than likely this will be A. Delisted B. R/S. I'd say there is a thin probability if you load at these levels an R/s could be profitable, especially if they timed it with good news...but no real good news here

#gras# - Now NO BID?!?

Losers trying to escape at this point can't dump their shares even at .0001? MM's dumping CD saturated the FongNote market all the way down to no bid?

As mgmt needs to sell more CD to cover the next months "expenses", and with a burn rate of $20K-$30K per month, and a 50% discount on the CD shares, this will mean as many as 600,000,000 more convertible debenture shares to be dumped in just the next 30 days. And then again each and every 30 days from now on just to pay the "bills"

Even if they blow the AS out again to make room for that much more new issue they'll have to RS soon, or do some other SS slight of hand, like a bogus shares exchange merger or something.

After no-bid persists for a while, they won't be able to find a new Asher to take the shares, even at 50% off. For Fong to get the monthly honey money after that he'll have to do a debt consolidation based around a huge RS, and then the dilution cycle can begin anew.

Truly sad to see the malformed corporate viral plaque known as Fong take down what could or should have been a decent little pizza store with a good product and huge potential.

Customers, employees and investors - all losers.

Fong wins!
