I bet SA did not have IFUS directors insurance, which means the settlement will come out of his pocket directly, OUCH!! If he did have director's insurance it will be a nice easy payday when the insurance settles with IFUS and IFUS shareholders win the day in court and cry all the way to the bank.
The Absorbezz distributor may have insurance, as I hear he has huge deep pockets. He will be very unhappy that he has been dragged into this now. Perhaps he will throw Joe and Steve (ex IFUS directors and soon to be convicted felons) under the bus to save his own business?
