Radio waves from a cell phone can't cause cancer. It's non-ionizing radiation; which means that the photons are not energetic enough to liberate electrons from atoms or molecules. The absolute worst that a cell phone can do to your brain is warm it up by a 1/100th of a degree.
Over a 25 year study period it is all but impossible to attribute tumor genesis to a cell phone use because there are literally thousands of things that can lead to brain tumors; even common viruses that you are exposed to every day.
And, not all tumors are cancerous. By the time you are in your 80's...your body will be loaded with benign tumors.
Lower frequency radio waves penetrate further than higher frequency waves but require larger antennas as the frequency gets lower. However, in the bands that cell phones use, the differences in penetrative ability or antenna size are negligible.
Long story short, health concerns are not a factor in this stock unless you plan on trying to eat the things they make or are prone to self harm using telecommunication equipment.
