Two steps listed in the tweet: finalize, file. Counsel still has to finalize the documents which can take some time...so I would assume CEO is giving them time to do their job with the interruptions of the holiday season. Where is the 10 days ago from? There is no 10 days ago...the app was not ready 10 days ago. Again reading is important/comprehension is important.
