thats a TEASE to then PR in late Jan that the application is "in the mail" as promised……..meaning it gets to USPTO sometime around …hhhmmmm………March, based on "INCC time" they WALK their mail it seems…….


the APP should have been sent this week, ITS READY………right??…..Per TWEET by INCC CEO

yeah, in todays day, an INANE delay of 2-3 weeks is expected, especially when we can email ALL documents in a second…………. or tell shareholders the INCC management is WORKing 60 hours weeks ONLY to come up with the "expected delays"

L2 analysis says INCC has PEAKED for the day at ..0057,,,then gone DOWN ever since (last 2 hrs)……thats called DOWN from the highs……..STABILIZATION would be recovering from a DROP (yet to see that charting ) and then RETAKING a higher PPS than the drop trough……….
