It's possible.... but just because they keep doing the $2800 sell at .0007 doesn't mean that's the only 4 million shares they have... They reserve that amount to do that same trade. While most shareholders are holding extremely tight there might be a couple who sell off a little allowing this particular trader to accumulate extra shares at .0007 (nobody has today, so far). Those are the shares that he/she may be selling into the bid at .0008 or .0009, while keeping the base amount of shares intact. IMO
