Count, I guess I am different. I have longed for the day when IDCC could file an infringement case against Nokia without the confines of limited arbitration. The way I understand it, we can do that now.
Nokia has never given IDCC its " fair valuation " and I for one believe we would have been lucky to see any thing close to the $253 million before Dec. 2007. I think back to the paltry sum we received from Ericy and I get sick.
THIS is the best we could get, " under the circumstances " and I am ready for the next card to be dealt. If it were all about Nokia, we would not have LG right now.
So, we all should have reasonable questions, but when the answers start coming with $285 million and then $253 million, I am willing to see how the rest of the cards are going to be played before I start second guessing...JMHO
