One way to read it. Another is, they have limited sales and what they have sold, they screwed up and had to eat the cost on.
Again, if you look at the other company's Facebook page, they are offering 500 mats on there, and yet Axion thinks selling 300 is such a big order they must PR it?
So, in summary, you have a company screwing up their orders. Spending money to hire PR firms to pump the shares on internet sites. Doing non-stop toxic finance deals to dilute their stock. Having a ton more authorized, but not yet outstanding shares they can dump. And a share price down 66% from this time last year.
Tell me again why it's a buy?...or even a hold?

Not only is it good business I would think the replaced ties will be recycled..
Minimal costs for excellent customer support and return business IMO
