We don't know...cause we don't know what the outstanding shares is. Many people think hes been selling unregistered shares since he does not have a transfer agent monitoring the share issuance's. Who knows, but we do know the state dissolved BCAP on Dec 4 and the corporation is finished.
Matt stiffed the transfer agent so they quit awhile back so essentially he was free to go hog wild with issuance's if he wanted to. There are so many over seas broker dealers that will take certs still so your guess is good as any how many have been issued and are trying to dump. We saw 250m+ shares dumped at .0002 out of the BLUE the other day so clearly shares are coming from somewhere.
