1) Invasion of privacy is such an important issue, it should be an major item on both types of boards.
2) It might help to further explain the deletion process, in particular how you are the utlimate decision maker on a deleted post.
3) I think the concept of addressing the issues and not the poster is an important point. Maybe you could expand on that and even give some examples.
It's a good start, just needs a little touching up.
