MSE kept Scanning and couldn't stop it EVEN tho I Uninstalled it .. Restarted and finally got it Uninstalled ...

Now can't get it Installed acct. Error Code: ( 0x8004FF91 )

Tried Turning Windows Firewall OFF, still no soap ...

Error Code suggests I Uninstall Windows 7, but I really don't want to ..

IS IT A MUST TO UNINSTALL/REINSTALL WINDOWS-7 .. ??
