Haseltine and Hal have been working together for years, I think investors even the SEC with find dozens of empty shells, Hal and Engel promoted and provided legal counsel for.
I'm thinking Haseltine contacts Engel when he needs one of his empty shells promoted, but I believe he pays him under the table or with 3rd even 4th party, to try and hide it.
If anyone wants to take the time to dig at these twos involvement with one another, I'm sure they will see the same thing
