Well, this PONZI SCHEME/WELFARE ATM will HAVE TO dilute in order to make any "financial obligations"!

The whole "presentation" hovers around "we need money to keep as a going concern" considering there are NO FINANCIERS who wanna risk $$$ on this SCAM we are then GONNA dilute, dilute some more and CONTINUE DILUTING!!!
