I wonder if there is a way that Amarin could post this sample letter on their website for patients who want Vascepa but may not know about Investor's Hub. Some may think the insurance company denied it and that's that. This letter is great because by the patient asking their doctor to sign it, it is educating the doctor and the insurance company at the same time.
