You are asking a good question. I have noted this as well. I suspect (this is a guess) that some investors are intentionally manipulating the stock to preserve their investment. With the low daily volume, this is easy to do. Today however the volume in the last ten minutes was over 100,000 shares and could have been institutional buying (smart investors buy in the last hour of the day)
I am very happy with the action today. I believe we could be within two weeks of major news that will propel this stock above the recent trading range.
