The only way it will get settled on the 10th is if Apple compensates GTAT for the damage caused. What are their secrets worth?

Nope, doesn't seem like it. All things positive, just might have to wait longer now. But the judge(along with everyone else, except bad Apple) will not like anymore delays. So maybe we will get lucky and Apple will just make it go away soon. Either way, everyone holding and buying will be very happy I'm sure.
