the choke hold being employed pinches the carotid artery closed and stops blood supply to the brain. the body interprets this lack of oxygen similar to the panic of drowning. the windpipe need not be crushed to be strangled. and that is why he could talk while his brain was being deprived of oxygen. and the guy that was holding his arm so that he couldn't pull the little cop's hold off of him is an accomplice and contributor to his homicide. remember, the only science guy in the loop is the coroner, and he ruled homicide.

I think excessive force was used on Garner but there are some other facts not being disclosed by most of the MSM. See below. It seems that there was a black sergeant at the scene AND was the commanding officer of that crime scene..........

As reported by New York Daily News:

Having that black sergeant in charge of that crime scene takes race out of the equation. As awful as Pantaleo’s actions appear on that video, at no time does that black sergeant order Pantaleo to stop choking Garner.

With a population that is 70% white and 10% African-American, when a Staten Island grand jury is presented with a white cop supervised by a black sergeant applying a lethal chokehold, it eliminates the racial component.
