I've seen the video.. #99 green shirt guy in the video does wrap him up once the other LEO's get on the scene. 10 second hold on the guy until another said, he was out. Looks like 2 more seconds go by with him in that hold. This is the part that gets me. Then Eric says 7, maybe 10 more times I can't breathe, over and over. Don't you need to be able to breathe to talk? If #99 did choke him out how was he able to talk? Maybe this has been brought up before. I've not been following this incident that close.
