Indeed this is one of the most glaring redflags with respect to TRTC as an investment...

But since I already own shares of TRTC that I'm trapped with at a 50% loss, then I certainly don't want to acknowledge these red flags, much less discuss them publicly! So shhh...

I can say that giving away any percentage of MediFarm was due HIGHLY because of the necessity of local ownership in Nevada. It's part of the rules. Local ownership was asked by the commissioners for EVERY applicant. Without a high local ownership percentage, we would have never gotten the 6 (possibly 8) licenses that we currently sit on. Do you really think it was because he WANTS to give away money? Or do you assume conspiracy theory, and think he's giving away that 40% to a friend, and taking it all as profit himself afterwards? That sure would be quite the tax mess, fraud, and evasion. Derek would never risk that when he's on the brink of making a breakthrough on his public company.
