I think you are right....the conspiracy theory is crazy and Peterson has no record of any such activity (and as a girl I think he's a good looking guy, so prison would be rough for him!).
No I think he is forced to make overhead investments as the cost of normal business, this is all natural and I am staying long on this stock.
The thing is TRTC didn't have local involvement when going in front of the CC commissioners. The partnerships were formed after and why in the hell would they give close to half of future revs for local involvement...That's a hell of a cost for doing business in CC.
