the truth of the matter is its a huge matter.To have not paid your payroll taxes to the IRS and having a lien put on you by them is a big deal. Sorry if that bothers some.And seeing how this is not the first time its even a bigger deal. To have made arrangements with the IRS doesn't make the problem go away. Its just more debt they have and we know they already have way to much.
