Not because of 250k contract. It's because of the new contract with new Govt Federal Agency.That opens the door for couple million dollar contract like DLA.

Also, people realised stock bottomed and on the way up.

As you said, folks who know the information might have loaded up 2 days before PR.May not be insiders.Outsiders who know the informaiton.

did we really went up this much on just 250K contract? the market cap added 10M because the company signed 250k contract?
