the danger is that whoever was loading up 2 days ago may start dumping shares and some retail folks who enthusiastically buying shares this morning at $3 bucks can get caught on the wrong side, holding the bag while this stock gets sold back to $2.20...
just something to keep an eye on, the $250K is very little money and everything else is just speculation, we don't even know what this contract is for or what this agency is going to do with these markings
