YOUR DEFINITION of DILUTION seems to be very strict in my opinion,
if a company has 1,000,000 shares
and now they add 1 share to their float
OF COURSE - YES - that is dilution, I agree
the change was from 1,000,000 shares to 1,000,001,
so they diluted 1 share - so I cant argue with that fact - that even adding 1 share - technically by definition is considered dilution
whether restricted or not - you are right - there is 1 extra share now - and if you want to cry out DILUTION!!!!! with multiple explanation points behind it, so be it - cry out dilution
but in many other people's definition of DILUTION - it is not as strict, in my opinion
I see INCC and they added additional restricted shares
of course, the length of the restriction is one thing - but even if they were not restricted and they were added into the traded float
i look at the amount of shares that are added 93,477,856 ( and for me personally I would not be crying DILUTION !!!!!! with multiple explanation points)
I am completely DISAGREEING with that point !!! just my opinion
in a case where a penny stock is adding 1 BILLION shares to their float - that is another story - that to me is DILUTION !!!!! (multiple explanations)
this is the subpenny world(at the moment)
if we compared INCC's float to every other subpenny stock float, when I look at the difference, I am liking what I see and in my mind I am saying NO DILUTION !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - but thats just me
maybe one day, they will add a little more to the traded float, wouldnt bother me a bit, deals will need to be done . . .
although, the other strategy is to complete the process of UPLISTING, perhaps get off the OTC and maybe make a move to the NYSD . . .
at that point, the share structure can change completely
I guess we have to wait it out and see if these things are in the cards for 2015/2016
Legitimate County License for Prosperous Valley is already achieved for the purpose of a State Grow License - when that state license is achieved and the plants are being grown, and then harvested, and there are pictures bein taken of the grow facility and posted for people to see REAL LEGITIMATE PROOF - then there is some REAL POSSIBILITY of these more long term goals coming into reality - at that time, I guess we will see how much DILUTION is really in this float - but my feeling is telling me that with these kinds of dealings in the works, there can be a potential explosion that many other penny/subpenny stocks have not been able to attain because they are diluted so badly from toxic financing and stock selling schematics . . .
my feeling is that INCC has none of this happening at the current moment, although I could be wrong . . . but I will still add at these levels feeling confident in my position
