SO are we saying the stock wasn't trading at .80? Is this not the 2nd time in two years that the company didn't pay there payroll taxes? Did we not hear from the CEO that he was going to work on getting rid of the toxic debt which at this time was about a million dollars and is it not true from a PR we received from the CEO in October that that 1 million wa now over 3 million? We say the IRS issued is resolved! Really so are we saying they are not having to make payments for unpaid taxes every month. How is it we claim they haven't added more toxic debt when in fact we were jst told they now have 3 million in debt. Can we not look back at the history of the share price and see that it was trading in the .80's.Guess were right you can't believe everything you read on message boards
